Ramiro (Miro) Vergara takes the reins when it comes to technology systems, making Tower’s operations run smoothly and profitably. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Philippine Christian University (Manila, Philippines), which he earned in 1998. In 2011, he furthered his education with a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield, Iowa.

Miro began his career as a college instructor, teaching computer science courses. After seven years of shaping young minds, he decided to chase his dreams and moved to the United States in 2004 to pursue a Master’s degree.

While working on his Master’s, he joined Tower in 2004 as an IT Specialist, and in 2008 became the IT Manager. In 2009, in an effort to streamline Tower’s business processes and also made them more sustainable, he took on the challenging task of rolling out a new ERP system to seamlessly integrate Accounting, Construction, and Property Management departments. In 2011, Miro became Director of Technology, where he’s been continuously pushing the envelope to keep Tower technologically competitive in the real estate industry.

Miro’s dedication and contributions were recognized in 2010 when he received the Albert Abramson Award of Excellence.
