As the COO, Eric leads the Senior Leadership Team. He provides company-wide initiatives, team management and vision as he oversees the day-to-day operations of Tower and its affiliated companies.

Eric’s diverse background in asset management, leasing, finance, and development gives him the insight and perspective needed to oversee operating and capital budgets, underwriting of tenant transactions, financial forecasting, and coordination of marketing strategies.

Among his many efforts, he was pivotal in the repositioning and re-tenanting of several office buildings in the central business district and Maryland suburbs, incorporating the creation of amenity spaces, upgrading property management services, and transforming spaces to meet the modern demands of today’s tenants.

Prior to joining Tower, Eric spent several years in commercial and residential finance. He has helped oversee the placement of hundreds of millions in refinance and new debt transactions with a variety of banks and life insurance companies.

Eric is a member of the United States Green Building Council and is a LEED® Accredited Professional (AP). He also serves on the Board of Trustees of The Harbor School and the Board of Directors for the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District (BID).

Eric earned a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland. He and his wife Amanda live in Bethesda and have two children, Alexandra and Roman. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, skiing, biking, golf, and travel.
